Ordering Information

Orders placed before 4:20pm GMT (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Orders placed after 4:20pm GMT during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day. Orders placed during UK public holidays will be processed on the following working day

 

Placing an order

Smokees.co.uk has no minimum order value and you can purchase any of our products via any of the following methods:

Place an online order on Smokees.co.uk. We accept the following debit/credit cards – Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard & Maestro

As well as direct bank transfer: Please give us a call for more information about paying by Bank transfer.

By post: You are able to send us orders by post by completing your online order form and sending us your order by post with payment (link to payment information)

Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is generated by the website and does not mean that we can definitely meet your order. It simply confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are progressing through our system. Upon dispatch of your order you will receive a confirmation of dispatch email containing your delivery information.

A copy of your Invoice will be placed inside your parcel. All details shown on your invoice are final and cannot be amended.

Smokees.co.uk may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice.

Every order is treated as individual and will be processed as such.

 

Amending your order

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible with details and we will endeavour to do so before dispatch.

Change of address. If you have noticed a discrepancy in your address, please contact customer service immediately and we will endeavour to update this as requested.

Please note we cannot guarantee to follow your request due to the vast amount of orders processed daily. Please refer to our returns policy for further information

Under no circumstances can amendments be made once an order has been dispatched. This does not affect your Statutory Rights

All products and services are subject to availability Smokees.co.uk endeavours to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock it will be placed on backorder or replaced with a similar product. These occurrences are rare and we do everything within our powers to ensure stock is continually available.

If you have been informed that an item(s) has been placed on backorder, we will aim to dispatch the item within the time frame you have been provided. If you wish to adjust your order please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

Customs and Excise

Smokees.co.uk are not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation.
